unable to add form fields

I use the wizard and it identified many fields but not all. I have manually built about half of the remaining fields. Then, Acrobat crashed. Now, the file is corrupted in a fashion that does not allow me to add more fields. Also, I cannot change the name of any fields already created. All fields on the form are fillable. Can the document be recovered or am I destined to start all over?

Hi,

since you are a lucky Mac user you can try this : open the PDF using Apple-Preview, then save-as and send a prayer to your God.
Sometimes this does the trick…

So, when using Acrobat… don't forget to save your work each 3 minutes…

YES! I followed all of your directions and I guess she likes either me or you because IT WORKED! Of course my wife was wondering why I was cheering like the Patriots just won the Super Bowl (again), but not to worry because IT WORKED! Oh, did I say thank you? No? Well, thank you!
