Upgraded to Acrobat X Pro from Acrobat 9 Pro Extended and lost active forms connection - help!

I created and distributed forms using Acrobat 9 Pro Extended, and had already received a few responses. When I upgraded to Acrobat X Pro, I now cannot get the forms to connect and receive responses in Tracker. When I click "Update", I get an error message stating, "This response file is not currently connected to the server and is not receiving responses."
Is there anyway to reconnect the response file?
What has happened to the responses that are lost in Acrobat cyberspace?
Thanks

krben

Major changes were made to the Forms distribution process in Acrobat 8 to 9 and 9 to X. The process was designed to work with the version it was created on. You'll need to redistribute the form with Acrobat X. For best operation the users should also be on the same version.

Thom -

I'm getting the same message on 1 of 3 forms created & distributed at the same time with Acrobat X Pro.

Wow, I don't know what to tell you. It sounds like a bug in Acrobat X. I couldn't say for sure or tell you anything else without a close examination of the form. But try contacting Adobe Support. Otherwise you'll need professional help.
