I created a pdf with a form field, enabled user rights. When I bring pdf to my PC and use reader to view I immediately get an error - "This document has been changed since it was created and these rights are no longer valid". I cannot find any support on this, HELP!

Did you do anything to the document after Enabling it? Enabling should be the last thing you do in the workflow. For example, applying security to the document after Enabling it will invalidate the Rights- you need to Enable again in that case.
