I have designed a form in which I would lie to allow some of our team members and customers to change some text fields, but not others. I would like customers to be able to edit certain information on the form, but lock them out of editing other information. How do I do this?

To disallow changing a form field, you can set the form field property to read-only.
You can also set password security on your form to apply certain document restrictions such as "Changing the Document". This will allow you customers to fill in form fields but not modify other content.
