I am new to creating forms in Acrobat 9. I just had someone report that they are not able to complete my form using Nitro PDF. He says it freezes then closes the document. Are there any known issues between Acrobat 9 forms and Nitro PDF? I do have several Javascript functions in the form and it is secured and with extended features. Would that cause this issue? The form was emailed to him. It is not hosted on a webserver. Thanks!
Have you asked the support team at NitroPDF? They are the best resource to ask why their PDF viewer can't use a particular PDF. Also, you should ask your end user to try using the PDF in the free Adobe Reader and see if it works there. That could quickly determine if the problem is with Nitro or the PDF itself.
