You must apply the Extended Reader Rights for the form for them to be able to do this.
If you say which version of Acrobat you have, I could tell you exactly where to find this option.

I've created a scholarship application using Acrobat 9 Pro - version 9.4.5. I've posted it on our website with the idea applicants would fill it out once, save it to their computer, apply for another using most of the same info, save that one, etc. A message appears that says they can't save it - only print it. That would cause them to start over from scratch each time. What can I do? Thanks for your help. LRE
