Vertical Alignment of Multiple Line Interactive Text Box

I am using Acrobat Professional 8.0. I created a PDF interactive form and added a text box (I used the Acrobat Profeesional Text Tool not Life Cycle). I want the vertical alignment of the paragraphs to start in the middle of this multiple line text field. Do you have any suggestions for javascript code that I could use in the custom format script or custom keystroke script that would accomplish this?
Thanks, Marie

Try this.

1. Select all text boxes you want to align.

2. While all fields are selected, right click and you'll see several alignment options.

Try the ones that will achieve your desired results.

Carl Young has a suggestion for how to set alignment of the text in form fields in a post at:

I am making a flow chart and I tried doing what PDDESIGNER said above and I do not get any align options. I tried right click while both were selected AND ctl/click - neither worked! What am I doing wrong?

Thank you.

I have tried what pddesigner has suggested, and I also do not get any alignment options. This is a form I have created in designer (lifecycle). Is there anyone that can provide more information in terms of alignment choices of text boxes with multiple lines? Mine seems to be defaulting to the middle, but I would like it to be aligned at the top-left.

Thank you,
