Hi there,

I work for a school travel company and we have PDF documents we email out to clients, they print out, fill in and post back.... I was creating one there in the FORM format in Acrobat Pro, is there a way that the form can save the data when the recipient fills it in so they can email it back.. It keeps tellin me when i open it that the data cannot be saved......

Any help here would be a much appreciated...

Before sending the files you need to extend the special Reader Rights to them by going to Advanced > Extend Features in Adobe Reader. Then your users will be able to save the files locally, with the information they entered to the form fields.
