Webservices do not work in Adobe Reader 7/8/9

Hi all,

I have created a PDF form in Adobe Professional 8 that has a data connection to a web service. I have also enabled user management rights on this PDF.
The web service is validated and in working order.

When running the PDF in Adobe 8 Pro, the web service calls works as expected.
However, once I run the PDF in Reader 7/8/9, the web service does not work.
No error messages at all.

Can some one advise whether web services work in READER and what I am doing wrong?

You will need to purchase the server product [url=http://www.adobe.com/products/livecycle/readerextensions/]Adobe LiveCycle Reader Extensions ES[/url] in order to make web services work with the Adobe Reader.
