Word 2003 PDFMaker - hyperlinks in Acrobat 9 Pro form incorrect

I have a form created in Word 2003 and converted to PDF via PDFMaker (Acrobat 9 Pro).

The form includes a hyperlink to an IRS form, and the link works fine in Word. However, when the file is converted to PDF, instead of being converted correctly as:
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf

It is converted as:
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs%E2%80%90pdf/fw9.pdf

Apparently the hyphen in the link is giving PDFMaker a problem, and therefore, the link doesn't work in the PDF form.

I can't figure out a way how to do a manual correction of the link in the PDF form. Does anyone have a workaround for this?

Thanks a million! You all have been so much help with my other questions in the past!

You could use the link tool in Acrobat to edit the properties of the link edit option to replace the '%E2%80%90' with a '-'.

Thank you so much, gkaiseril! That fixed it.

Still such a newbie that I was trying to do it within Edit Form. Doh!
