You do not have access rights to this network resource msg in Tracker

I have setup a Form Fill PDF form using LiveCycle and placed a submit button for user to then submit their answers back. It was working fine for about a week. Now in Tracker I have a message that states, You do not have access rights to this network resouce. And Tracker will not show any new responses. Does anyone know how to correct this? When I do a test submittal now the form says the submittal was successful. Am I losing the new responses now or are they still updating correctly but I just cannot access them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Solved it.

Acrobat.com has problems with ie7, so the email verification might have never gone through. Try verifying your email with an alternate browser.

(worked for me with ff)
