Hello,
I have created a form using LC Designer which has one 2D barcode. If I open the form with Acrobat Standard or Pro the Barcode appears to works, but if I open the form with Adobe Reader the barcode is just a big grey box. How can I fix this problem?
Please let me know if you need more info from me.
Thanks
Gerald

From the designer help files...

Note: To make use of the paper forms barcode, your organization must have implemented LiveCycle Barcoded Forms.

What barcode format did you select.

Thanks for your reply.
I used Paper Forms Barcode.
I am new to this and not really sure what it means to implement LiveCycle Barcoded Forms.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

LiveCycle Barcoded Forms is a server based solution for encoding form data into 2D barcodes.
It can be used within LiveCycle Enterprise Suite (LCES) products.

The LCES products are very complicated and extremly expensive server products.
LiveCycle Designer belongs only far less to the LCES as the name suggestest, because it's the only standalone application of them that can be executed on client PCs.
It offers some features of the LCES but to use them you need the whole LCES.
The Paper Forms Barcode is one of this features.

So in my case I can't have Paper Forms Barcode if my users are going to use free Reader to open it? Is there any workaround or should I redesign my form to use a regular barcode? Thanks for the help.
