Access to Accessibility/Tool Tips when field is Read Only

Greetings all!

Just want to get a confirmation that when a field is set to readOnly that access to any entered tool tip is "shut-off".

Hi,

I noticed this too.
The tooltips won't appear if the field access property is set "protected" or "readOnly".
