I have a form that includes a subform with data binding that repeats via an add instance button. It works on the preview and in a copy of Acrobat Professional, but when the form is emailed to a user the additional subforms do not appear on the PDF. Anyone know what I need to do to fix this?

Acrobat Pro 10.0.1, Windows

Not sure if this is the issue, but check that the end user is seeing at least one item row to enter data when they open the form. That means that you must set the Min Count option for the subform to at least 1.

Thanks Kelly - the strange thing is you can add rows in Acrobat Pro and fill them out or select from the drop down but they are disappearing when the emailed copy is opened. I have even tried saving before emailing.

Hi,

you selected "manually" to preserve script changes in the form properties.
Change it to "automatically".

You find this setting unter File > ^Form Properties > Defaults

Hi Radzmar - that did help fix another problem I was having but didn't solve the main problem of not being able to show multiple ship to entries. I took off all the data binding and it seems to work fine . . . so now to try and figure out how to get it to work with the data drop down.
