Not by using the Headers and Footers options in Acrobat. You need to add footers in Designer before saving the form.

When I search the Help in Lifecycle Designer and look for "footnotes", it returns nothing. There is information on adding Footers, but I'm actually looking to add footnotes. It sounds as if your telling me I can add footnotes in Designer. If you could briefly explain how to do this, It would be greatly appreciated.
