Adobe Designer 7 - Creating Secure & Personalised Form

Hello,

I need to create a secured and personalised PDF form and put online such that when a user logins into the site with their profile, they can download the PDF and fill it offline - with the possibility of user saving locally to continue to fill at a later date. And when they are ready to submit the form they just need to login using the login fields inside the PDF (without necessarily going back to the website) and the data would be transmitted to the online server with a confirmation of submission feeding back to the form for user to print/save.

I would like to know if Adobe Acrobat Professional 7 and Adobe Designer 7 which I have now is capable of doing the job. I have tried creating simple forms on it but all I see is the fuctionality for user to return the xml output of the completed form by email, but I would rather they are able to submit straight to the server with one click after signing in from the PDF form.

If Adobe Designer 7 is not the right tool, could you please advise on the Adobe tool that can deliver this task for me.

Every comment would be highly appreciated.

Thank you.
