Adobe Reader Extension Service

I would very much like to purchase the Adobe Reader Extensions program, but was given an astronomical quote, that my manager will not approve. My company does not have need of many licenses, as there are not that many associates who create forms. I found on this website, where Form Router provided a service, where you could pay a small fee and have one form run through Adobe Reader Extensions. However, I called them today, and they told me that Adobe took that away from them and they no longer provide that service. Does anyone know someone who does currently provide that service?
 
I have a form that was created in LiveCycle Designer and is fully programed. My only problem is that I need users with Adobe Reader to be able to import data. Right now, it is just one form, and not worth the thousands of dollars it would take to purchase the new Reader Extensions.
 
Also, my company currently has licenses for an older version of Reader Extensions, but the actual software was misplaced. Does anyone know if there is a way to purchase an older version of the software to go with the licenses that we already have?
