I need to make an e-form that has fields to type in:
Name: ABC Inc.
Address: 555 park place
Phone:555.555.5555
Then, submit the PDF by email, and reset the form for another order. Now, the next time an order comes through for ABC Inc we want to just type the name and have the rest of the address information auto populate. I am using Designer 7.0 with Acrobat pro 7.0.

Thanks in advance for your help!

If the person who is using it has access to adobe acrobat they should have the ability to export data and import date. Each version of pro is a little different on how its done..

7.0 has you go to Forms -> Export Data
Forms -> Import DataThis is probably the easy solution, also under certain settings on your email button
its possible to send the data without the pdf that can reimported into a new pdf.

Another method would be setting up a data set but I fear is a database and that is
not something I can help you with, you'll just have to read up on that one.

At my company we use the import export when we release a revision to a form to have
them in the new version..

I wish I could offer you a more direct solution.. cheers.
