Alright have a bit of an issue. I have worked through most of my issues and I am nearing the end of my form. I am trying to generate a ticket number from an autonumber in access. My form is working flawless until I add the autonumber field into the form.
It stops reporting back to the form as soon as I add the autonumber field to the form. I can add the field to the database and not the form and it functions properly. But I need that data on my form.
Anyone experience this or have any input.

ie: remove auto number and try an interger format. Just plug in raw data and see if it works.
If it works for another format, then you will have experienced the same problem that I had.
I had problems with autonumber data fields and I had to move away from this feature.
I was using auto Number for a unique record, but never got it to work.
