Basic question re: adding current time to form

I am a basic user that is just wanting to complete a very simple form. I don't know coding, etc. So far, I have had no problems using the standard features provided (drop down lists, etc). I am down to the very last problem field. I want to add a box that only lists the current time the form is filled out. And I want that in standard 12 hour format. I tried using the "current date" object in the custom library and also the "date/time" object in the standard menu. Both LOOK like they can do what I want, but I can't get it right. Can someone please help me out?

Thanks!

$.rawValue = Concat(Num2Time(Time(), "HH:MM:SS"))

I appreciate the response and the code, but I am sorry to say I need that backed up a step or two. Where do I put that?
