Ok, so here is the deal........

i have a form that needs to be filled out, i need the client to sign this form when its completed, i have a check box that basically says that the client has read the conditions and understood them, and then the client needs to check this box, i have created the checkbox with the (Type: User Entered - Required) setting, and i have a signature field that is required also.

The problem that i'm having is that even if the user doesn't click on the check box and doesn't sign's the form, they are still able to save it and send via email.

How can i prevent the user from saving the form unless it is signed?

Thanks in advance!!!

You can't.

About all you can do is make it clear via instructions (maybe a popup when the form opens) that the form must be signed before sending it in and that if it is sent in without being signed it will delay/hamper whatever function the form is trying to accomplish.

We've done this with big friendly "sign here" and "submit by email" buttons, that kind of thing.
