Hi there. I am new to Livecycle. Is it possible to "Extend Features in Adobe Reader" from within Livecycle? (So we don't need to open the Livecycle form in Acrobat in order to do so?). Thanks

No you can not...you have to open your desing finished in A. Pro and "Extends..."

And if you distribute the form to over 500 different users, then you should be using Adobes LiveCycle ES server product.
