Hi,
Was wondering if there is a way to change the color of the check in a checkbox from black to any other color?

No, you cannot change those colors.

Late to the party here, spotted this message while looking for something else.

There is a way to do what you want but you need to edit the xml source for the checkbox. Once you've got it setup the way you want it you can drag it to the Object Library for re-use.

While the checkbox is selected, click on the XML Source tab - this takes you to where the object is in the source.

Look for the first tag. It probably looks like:You need to add tags to this so it looks like (in this case it makes the mark blue):You'll note that I took the final "/" out of the single tag and ended the tag with after the tags.
