Dear Acrobat Community,

I would like to know whether it is possible to collate data from returned e-questionnaires in a table.

Like a table below:

No. of Apples No. of Oranges
----------------- --------------------
24 48

I would design a Livecycle e-questionnaire (in PDF format) to ask how many Apples and/or Oranges people eat over a week. I send out the e-questionnaire. I receive the e-questionnaires back from the people.

This is where I would like to be able to collate the results of the returned e-questionnaires in a table. If possible graphically (eg. bar chart).

Thank you for your support.

Sam

Hi projsp,

This tutorial by Donna Baker may be helpful. It goes over how to collate data from PDF forms and export to a spreadsheet or database table where you could then create graphs. This will only work for Static LiveCycle PDF forms though- if your form is Dynamic then this method won't work.

Hope this helps,
