I have several multi-page PDFs that I would like to combine into one dynamic form using LCD. I find I can copy and paste one converted page at a time into a master file, but how do I do more than one at a time?

As far as I know there is not built-in methodology for doing this in LiveCycle, nor are there any 3rd party tools for it. Since a LiveCycle form is realy XML under the covers it's definately possible. I just don't think there are any existing tools for this. Except of course for the LiveCycle ES servers. I'm sure this is a feature on one of them. But the LC ES servers are very expensive and not so easy to deal with anyway, so it's not a good solution.

I think you're already doing the easiest thing.
