After creating a form in Livecycle and the user fills it in, is there a way that the completed form can be converted to a regular pdf?

For example, I have a form that each company department will complete, when the returned completed forms are received, I would like to be able to compile them into one pdf for distribution. The form fields will not need to be edited at this stage.

Thanks!

Printing it to a new pdf is about the only way to do it.

Not sure what you mean - if they're not LC forms then you should be able to combine them in Acrobat without problem.

Is there a way to convert several completed forms into one document without it changing the fields to the same but retaining the data on each form. Or can you change a form to a standard pdf

As mentioned earlier in the thread, you could print them each as a PDF doc, which would make them static (field unchangeable); then combine the multiple PDF files into a single file.
