Could someone Please help

I have an email submit button, but it doesn't work.
 
What I want is a button that when clicked sends the filled out PDF form to an email address without the desktop app. I've looked at the distribute form method which would add the Submit form button on the purple bar which would be fine. But would still need a button to copy the app runtime of the highlight fields which is located on the same bar, but can't find the proper command. Or a button that would submit the entire PDF form to an email address without the desktop app. Whole this seems very confusing.
