Counting repeating subforms / Altering number of instances

Two problems, you help as ever is greatly appreciated.

I have a form that features a repeating subform section. The section is fairly large so when it repeats it will automatically end up on a new page. What has been requested is that these repeating instances are numbered. Is there a way that I could have a text field that would count the number of repeating subforms and indicate that number e.g. Candidate 1 Details, Candidate 2 Details etc?

Section 3 (repeating) is used for details of the successful applicant(s). Section 2 records the details of all applicants. Is there a way that when a person is marked as being successful in Section 2 will have their details fill in Section 3, creating new instances of Section 3 depending on the number of successful applicants?

Hi R_Boyd,

For the first part of your question here is an example of that-

I know you can do what you want for the seocnd question too, but I don't have an example for that.

Hope this helps,
