I am new to Live Design. Could someone please alert me to the easiest way to create a simple form in Live Design. Can I create a form in Live Design, turn it into a pdf and then still have my students fill in the form as a writable file?

Thank you!

Why of course, This is exactly what LiveCycle Designer is for. The easiest way to do this is convert a form design from another tool, for example a word file. But you can learn all about it from the official help files and documentation. And you'll find plenty of tutorials on this site.
