current version of LiveCycle Designer ES for Acrobat Pro 9.2

I bought Acrobat 9.2 Pro this past week (actually it was part of CS5 Design Premium). I had been using the trial version. It comes with LiveCycle Designer. The version is 8.2.1.xxx. It seems that there is a version 9 (enterprise suite) but I am not sure if that is available for me.
Am I using the most current version allowed? If I want version 9, how do I go about getting it?
Thanks.

Adobe LiveCycle Enterprise Suite (ES):

Available to whomever can "pay the freight" .As to LiveCycle Designer, it is installed when Acrobat is installed.
However, you'd not want different Acrobat versions installed on the same 'box'.
The LiveCycle Designer provided with Acrobat 9 will reflect whatever Adobe folded in for release with the Acrobat 9.x product.

Consider deactivate/uninstall of Acrobat 8.x and then put in Acrobat 9.x (may have to do this via the CS installer).
Maybe pickup an off-lease desktop/laptop to be Acrobat 8.x's new home.

Be well...

Thanks for your reply. I don't think you understand my question. I never had or used Acrobat 8 or any version of Acrobat Pro prior to my current version of 9.2.0. I have never had or used LiveCycle Designer prior to my current version of 8.2.1.xxx.
As you said, LiveCycle Designer installed (I don't remember if I had a choice) with Acrobat Pro 9.2. It seems odd that I am using an 8.2 version of LiveCycle Designer (which has been out there a few years it seems) when I am using a 9.2 version of Acrobat Pro. Even more confusing is that there exists a LiveCycle product (Enterprise with many modules of which Designer is categorized as a "tool" and not a module) that is version 9.x. It only goes to reason that Acrobat Pro 9 should be matched with LCD 9.
Thanks again.

LCD 9 (ES2) is not distributed together with Acrobat 9.x, which comes with LCD 8.2 (ES), you can purchase it only separately for now.

When you install Acrobat 9.x you can select between a typical, full and minimal installation and also the modules you wish to install or not.
