Date and Time Pattern

Hi,
 
I went through a few other threads to resolve this but I have not found the solution. We have a software that renders and populates PDF documents. Amongst the various fields rendered is a date and time field.
 
Now the date and time field as generated by our software is of this format:
 
DD/MM/YYYY HH:MM
 
However, the display in the form has to appear in this format:
 
MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM
 
How would I go about making this change?

In LiveCycle Designer, you select a date and time field and go to the Objects palette, Field tab. There's a Patterns dropdown box that lets you choose presets or customize Display patterns. In addition to Display, you can edit patterns for Validation, Edit, and Data.
