I'm trying to use the display pattern "time{h:MM A}" (without the quotes) with a Date/Time Field, but get the warning "The pattern cannot represent a date value." I want to restrict the user's input to a time value. What am I missing ?

Have you made sure your field is set to be a "time" field and not a "date time" field or "date" field?
