Document Changing

I am using Acrobat 8.0 and have created a very simple form with one drop down field on it. When I view the document propoerties "Document Changing" is not allowed even though I have removed all security. Under what conditions is changing of documents disabled?

If your file was created in Adobe LivCycle Designer, then you can't change the document. The security is added in Designer and you have no way to override it.

If the form is an Acro form created in Acrobat Professional, then the only way you'll see a restriction is if the security was applied in Acrobat.
