Document Restriction Problems 8.1 Live Cycle Designer

I am creating a form with Adobe 8.1 in Life Cycle Designer. The "Security Setting" is set to No Security, however, the document reflects that Changes, Editing, Template Creations are not allowed.

What caused these document restrictions to override the no security setting? This is very frustrating as persons using my form cannot save typed in data.

I suspect the problem is not with your security settings. Users of Adobe Reader cannot save form data unless the are given saving rights. See "Enable Reader users to save form data" in Acrobat Help.
