Editing Drop Down Lists

OK, I need help..... I feel so dumb but I created a registration form for a monthly class I facilitate for 40+ nurses and I put the 2008 schedule in a drop down box for them to review and select which session they would like to attend. The first thing is I kind of did it accidentally and can't remember how I created it! Now I need to edit the menu because the schedule has changed but I can't figure out how to re-type the contents of the drop down list.

You should be able to edit the item list by selecting the drop down list on the Canvas and then using the Object palette's Field tab. There, you'll find the item text data. If you specified item value data (where the items have text and values which are different), you'll find the list of associated item value data on the Object palette's Binding tab.
