Email just a few field's and their data

How can I set up a button with SubmitForm and just send a few of my field names and their data ??? I only want to send about 10 fields (name + data) in an email (on a button). Nothing else, no ".pdf" or anything, just a small email ....

I have been wondering if this is possible. So far I haven't found any way to do this. Somebody say yes or no if this can be done in LiveCycle Designer forms.
