I trie to create a interactive form which contains windings (smilies etc.) in dropdown

Windings is a system font that comes regually with Windows OS and can be selected as any other fonts in Designer.
You simply have to figure out, which character is for the desired windings symbol (use the character map of Windows).

These characters are the equivalents for the windings smileys:

J = :-)
K = :-|
L = :-(
