I've created a few forms for our company to be distributed and returned as pdfs via e-mail. The proble is that some of them (not all of them, even if they were done using the same process) indicates on opening in two separated dialog boxes that "this operaiton is not authorized". When you click "ok" in both boxes, the forms work flawlessly, but our staff who needs to fill the forms is a little bit afraid by this error message. I was trying to understand what make these messages happen and what I could do to make them go away.
2. What version levels and products being used by the users with the problem?
If the users are using a version of Acrobat/Reader below the level of the form, one can expect a warning if there is no newer PDF feature included in the PDF to the error you reported if you are using a PDF feature that the user's version can not process.
