Expandable Form Fields, Save as Dynamic XML

Hello everyone - I'm new to this website so you'll have to excuse my ignorance on the subject...

I have the need to convert a PDF form into the dynamic XML format. I need this form for work, but I only have Adobe Acrobat Pro, Version 10.1.1. It seems from all of the research I've done, I need to have LiveCycle to get this form to do what I need it to do, but I can't justify spending money on a program that I'll only need to use once (just for this form!). Would anyone be willing to convert this for me as a favor? I've tried working with my IT department and they can't figure out how to make this a dynamic form (and yes, they have LiveCycle).

It's a fairly simple, one-page form, but I need the fields to be expandable and yet not cover up the other content placed below the field. I can email it to someone who would be willing to help, and I would explain which fields I need adjusted.

I would greatly appreciate any help anyone can afford to donate. I've been trying to figure out how to do this for the past 24 hours. This form will make my job so much easier, but I don't have the ability to make it do what I need it to do.

Thanks SO much in advance.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 10.1, Windows

Acrobat Pro comes with LiveCycle Designer, though you may have chosen not to install it when you installed Acrobat.

There are a number of resources here that should help you get started, as well as the LiveCycle Designer help docs.

Thank you, George, but my IT dept installed Acrobat, and unfortunately it seems they didn't load LiveCycle.

I'm a relative LiveCycle novice myself, but I'm finding my way around and becoming fairly proficient...I'm getting lots of practice these days. I'd be happy to give you a hand with your form if you can wait a week or so. Email me at cwparks at gmail dot com if that would work for you.

I'm not certain about importing an existing Acro form (I tried a very quick test and it didn't work, but I don't have time right now to figure it out), but if it's a simple one-pager, I'd probably be tempted to just start over from scratch in LiveCycle.
