Eugene Williams answered my question very quickly and I appreciate it very much, but I need clarification. Eugene said to right click the Submit button, click Properties, click the Action tab. Set the "Select Trigger" option to Mouse Up, set.... The follow-up question is "What Submit button"? I am in Adobe LiveCycle Designer where I am setting up my Afobe Form. The only Submit button is a Submit Email and there is no Properties when I right click it. Can you help me out Eugene?

I'll be posting a response to your question within a few hours. I was not aware you were using Live Cycle. Response will be a link to a PDF example developed with LiveCycle.

From the Library Pallet in the Standard section, drag a Button onto your form.

In the Object properties, click the Field tab, set the Type to Button, type in a caption (Submit).
Set the apperance & highlight as necessary.
Under Control Type, select Submit from the dropdownlist.

Next, click the Submit tab.
In the Submit to URL, type in the email address.
Example: mailto:lori [at] adobe [dot] com
Select, from the Submit As dropdownlist: PDF

Save the form and test it before distribution.

Here is an easier answer while in Live Cycle:

Click on "Submit By Email" Button
Hit View on top menu
Select XML Source
Scroll down to find submit format="xml"
Change xml to pdf and save

Email will now have a pdf version of the form sent back to the form originator.
