Extend Features in Adobe Reader

Hi All,
 
1.i facing one big problem. i created the pd f form in live cycle designer, then i populated this form.this form contain rich text field. now i want this populated form to place in In design(File->place). this form was placed correctly in In design but rich text field is not displaying correctly in In design.
 
2. how to enable Extend Features in Adobe Reader pro-grammatically.
