I've developed a form in LifeCycle. I had to add in a new page 1. I inserted the page and then from the Hierarchy window I moved the page to the top and renamed it as page 1. Once I moved the page it gave me an extra page above that I cannot see in the Hierarchy window and I can't delete it.
 
It is using the header from the Master Page which numbers the pages so I really need to get this deleted.
 
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
