Help! I am using Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.0 and am trying to create a field that will auto-populate the time based on the viewer's system locale.

Read this article. It's for AcroForms, but Dates and Times are part of Core JavaScript so it all applies to LiveCycle Forms as well.
