Filled-In PDF forms

Hi,
I created a form in LiveCycle Designer and added an "email-submit" button to it. I enabled user rights in Reader so the form could be saved. I wanted to know if users filling out the form can email the form with the data FILLED IN as a PDF file, not in XML format.
I am testing different softwares for my company who want to digitize their forms, and thus far, creating forms in Acrobat could not be easier or nicer looking, but the XML format will not work for us.
Thanks!

Hi

You can perform this by ensuring the submit button properties have 'PDF' as the format in the 'Submit Form Selections' option in the button.

The recipient will now receive the file and it will append itself to a dataset for further examination (and spreadsheet export if required).

If you find this option gets a little tiresome if you receive lots of forms back then examine the other options in Livecycle for direct database connectivity.

Cheers,

Jon
