Filling in forms without using distribution?

Is it possible to create a form, and let others in my company to fill it in and save it to their computers? I dont want to use distribution because we have another application for distributing files.

At the moment I have only the trial version of acrobat pro 9. Is there any restrictions that could cause my problem when I'm using the trial version?

Not sure of the limitations with the trial vesion, but I use Acrobat 9 Pro Extended and I have no problem extending that right to users with Adobe Reader.
