Flow Text and Add Pages

I have created a form that has initially 4 pages, on the 3rd page there is a narrative that has 4 Sections(text fields) that expand as necessary, and have been placed in Subforms set to flow.

Most of the time one of the 4 Sections in the narrative portion of the form will need more space than is available on page 3. At present I managed to get the text fields to flow on to the next page, but this over writes what is currrently on the 4 page, and i have no page numbers.

I have a few questions any advice or suggestions where I might look to find the solution would be appricated.

1. How can I add a page or pages depending on the flowed text without changing the 4th page?
2. Add page numbering to the new pages?

Again any help is appricated

Read "Approaches to creating dynamic form designs" in the Help pages and "To create a form design in a positioned context" which I found particularly helpful for designing a form where some bits flow and some bits don't.
Basically, everything in your form must be in a subform, either positioned or flowed.
You then delete the default page subforms which leaves the root subform as the "master" and it is flowed by default.
Then, whatever objects you have which are "positioned" should get pushed down by objects which are "flowed" and set to "multiple lines".

It's a good idea to open a blank form and just put a couple of positioned and flowed objects in and keep your eyes on the hierarchy pallette. I found this very helpful in identifying the different icons and particularly the icon for the root form.
Have you looked at the Purchase Order sample form that's somewhere in the help screens? That's helpful as well.
Good luck, Marion
