Hello,

I have worked through the PO example and have been able to create a subform which flows data, at least it does in the preview mode. When I close the file and open it with Acrobat, none of the data is there. What am I not doing right? I am new to this and am assuming that this is some straightforward, I hope!

As I understand it, the preview mode is exactly that - it's for previewing your form and testing it only. It never keeps its data. You need to fill out your form in Acrobat and then save it.

My challenge is now that I have merged the data into the form, i want to be able to save that form with merged data in static form. I would like to ultimately be able to distribute the fully merged data in a form that is static, so the recipient see a completed form.

All that I am able to save now is a form with an empty table. Help! There must be a simple way to do this.
