Forcing a number between 0-100%.

I am using Adobe LiveCycle Designer and I have a numericfield that I am having people put a percentage between 0-100. Without javascript I was only able to force a number between 0-999. I am wonder how I can use javascript to force the number to be between 0-100%. Thanks.
