Forgot Digital Password

It time to digitally sign the document and I have several users that forgot there password. Is there a way to reset the password? I have tried creating a new ID under security Settings, going to the C drive and deleting any .pfx files and yet after those steps are completed the incorrect password error still pops up.

Same problem I had at my job. Your users probably have more than one digital signature showing up in the Signature popup box's dropdown field. To make sure only the newest one is there, go to ADVANCED (this setting is on DOCUMENT in Reader 9)> SECURITY SETTINGS> click on DIGITAL IDS on the left. If you see an old ID and a new ID, then this is what is happening. You can select the old one, then click REMOVE ID.
