Form - Autofill one field from another

I am designing forms with Adobe Designer/Acrobat Pro 7.0.4. I have one particular field that is populated by the user. When this field is populated, I tab the user to another field where I want the same data to go. I'd like to auto-populate that field so they don't have to copy and paste.
Is this possible?
I have just ordered the upgrade to Acrobat 8, but don't have it yet.
Thanks! Meredith

If you name the second field the exact same name as the first field, all data will be duplicated in the second field.

For other newbies:
I tried this, but couldn't get it to work until I figured out that the default binding for the first field needs to be set to "Global" in order for it to work. Now all of the subsequent fields are autofilling just fine.

Similar but a bit different question in need of aid....I have 12 fields that are on 6 pages. Instead of having the client go through all 6 pages, I'd like to create a POP-UP MENU right when they open the pdf form. This way, the POP-UP MENU can simply request for the fields to be completed on start and once they press enter, it will self populate on all 6 pages. Can you please help me to figure this task?

I've made a global field on two pages of my form, however when I try and populate an access database with the data (xml format) the data comes into access as two tables and only one of the global fields appears on one of my tables. How do I get it to populate in both tables in access?
